Portavoce PR wins PRSA award for business-to-business integrated communications

Last night at the PRSA LA PRism Awards, Portavoce PR won the Best Integrated Communications – Business-to-Business award for work on our hoof care client, Vettec. The PRSA LA PRism Awards recognize outstanding public relations professionals who create programs and materials for LA-based clients. Vettec account lead, Desirae MacGillivray, and client, Jessica Williams were present at the awards dinner last night to receive this honor.

The team won for their cross-channel marketing campaign the team they for Vettec with a goal to increase brand awareness among horse owners and motivate them to ask about Vettec’s products. In just nine months, Desirae and her team secured 24 media placements that generated more than 2.5 million media impressions.

Cross-channel marketing helps Vettec generate more engagement from their social media community. The Vettec team posts each editorial placement on the Vettec blog and social media channels, which helps extend the reach to Vettec’s audience and elevate the brand’s online presence.

In addition to the media placements, the editorial content posted on the Vettec blog has been viewed by more than 4,756 unique monthly visitors. On Facebook, these articles reached more than 183,263 users.
